No students this morning to join us. Instead Jakob , a regular visitor here and involved in the Great Reed Warbler project, will spent the week with us at the station. Today was a very slow day. We catched 42 birds at the Ässon site. A Song Thrush and a Blackbird are noticeable along with some Goldcrests and Nuthatches. We hope for more birds tomorrow.
