Staff: Carlos, Kieran, Helena, Antoine, Bruno and Hannes.
Weather: Sunny with a few clouds. Initially a little chilly, rising to 24 degrees celcius in the afternoon. Calm in the early morning but catching up to about 5m/s at 8 o'clock, undoubtedly affecting the amount of birds caught.
CES-ringing: Despite being at Vallen - the site that usually gives us the largest catches - today's catch only amounted to 104 birds. That said, we are clearly getting a bit spoilt. Clearly the weather conditions have been favorable for many species this season. Highlights of today include another Wryneck and a young Yellow Wagtail.
