Weather: Showers all day, not so windy

Projects: Great Reed Warbler, Skylark, Standarized Ringing

GRW team went out to survey all lakes as the amount of work is increasing now with all the males and females present in the area having chicks to be ringed and rebuilding nests to be found by the team. Today in Åslasjön a male and female were caught and a logger was put on the male. Two nests predated in Rysjön. And 2 new females and 1 brood ringed in Egeby.

MLA went as usual to Mörby for feeding observations of Skylarks. The activity is getting low day by day, but we still have a clear pair feeding chicks.

Later in the afternoon LST and MLA had the precious help of Patrik, Gunnar and GMA to start setting up the ringing season and fixed some ringing poles and boardwalks at Banvallen (Rysjön).
