An early start as all hands hit the Wetland Census this morning, covering all our areas throughout the day and DWE teaching LST and LAR there sites and the survey method.

During her census at Åslajön and Fågelsjön, MLA discovered 2 singing GRW’s in each lake.

This afternoon, some practise was put into canoe handling and maintenance followed by some evening Ortolan Bunting work, which came up trumps, with 3 birds seen, 2 with colour rings, one unringed and a further 2 heard.
