We got a busy day at Ässön after the rain of the 15th. The day started with a flock of 30 Robins presumably in migration and continued with a steady flow of birds into the nets, including white wagtails, a dunnock and a good number of Goldcrests and willow warblers. Total of 124 bird caught, which is the record of this season, with only 5 recaptures.
