Standardised ringing
Strong rain again at early morning did not allowed ringing at Vallen. Tomorrow looks we will have better luck! (Crossed fingers). However, from 11 to 14 the complete ringing team had the chance to let free a bit of the energy pilled up during the inactivity days. A bit of summer make us company while strimming at vallen, armed with pruning scissor, machete and the strimmer.
Ortolan bunting
APN went to check the activity of ortoland buntings at Söröslätten during another break hour the rain gives us. Adults carrying food were observed, but no juvenile was seen.
