Today was a fantastic day at Vallen with a few highlights. We caught a Blue Throat, Tree Pipit and a Red Start. We were especially excited about the two Barred Warblers, with which we now have four individuals of this species ringed this season.

Seems like our visitor Patrick brought us luck within the catching session. After our successful ringing session he helped mending the nets, fixing bikes and little things at the observatory. Thanks for your help, Patrick!
