Demoiselle crane is back in play!
Weird day out in the lakes with a very changing weather. Chicks are hutching as expected. So far, 18 singing males, 23 nest in Kvismaren, 2 predations and one new female around.
As for the Ortolans; 8-9 singing males and 3-4 females.

And waht about the Wetland Cenus? Last round at Fiskingemaden and Värstamaden where the highlights are: possible breeding pair of Crane and Green Sandpiper at Värsta; and a clutch of Gadwall (9 chicks) at Fiskinge.
