Quiet morning at Banvallen. The wind picked up very early and the mist stayed with us most of the morning before it disappeared. We ringed 60 birds of 14 species and got 11 retraps.
DHT and BHN (Great Reed Warbler team) visited us and moved the canoes from the lakes to the station in order to keep them in a safe place for the winter.
IKE arrived in the afternoon and became the new ringing assistant until the end of the season. Welcome home!
