Weather: Very cold, frost (0- 1ºC) at 6:00 a.m. but later sunny and no wind or fog.

Project: CES ringing at Vallen.

The weather changed on monday, it was raining and temperatures decreased quickly. This is good news because migration is delayed and we expect changes in the amount and variety of species. The number has been as usual at Vallen and just one new specie (Meadow pipit) can be added to the list. The high number of retraps is another signal that migration is just starting.
