In the morning, DWE and I went to record some feeding behavior and CSP went to look for Marsh Harrier activity.
During the afternoon, we checked the Starling nest boxes around Angfallet and we ringed Starling chicks.

The windy conditions did not stop the team from a day of hard work in the lakes, bearing fruit in the form of a new male found, two new females, and a new nest located.

21st May 2017

Weather: The morning started as nice day no wind a bit cloudy, but in the afternoon, it got quite windy but sunny.

Ortolan Bunting.
A failed attempt to catch ortolans in Särosletten, but there two males (H2-77 and H5-89) both with females and were seen copulating. As well, one possible extra male observed.
